Monthly bell

In singapore , every first day of the new month ,12 pm , the bell would ring everywhere and anywhere in the island, you'll be able to catch that . For the pass 3 year or so , he has not missed a chance of wishing me for our love to go on whenever he hears the bell . But because of N.S ,at least twice or so he couldn't message or call to give me any sweet wishes promising our love . I do kind of feel a little upset ! His in his second day of field camp .
